Ladies fitness classes run 5 times a week

 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday ladies fitness 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm ...............£4

Wednesday 6.00pm to 7.00pm core stability (gym ball) class.........................£5

Friday 10.00 am to 11.00 am over 50's fitness class - all abilities ................................................................................ £5

                                   

One to one personal training for people of all ages and abilities are available during the day.

 

 

Ladies Fitness Classes

 

Ladies fitness classes run four nights a week and range from a low impact core stability exercise class, to an advanced class to cater for any level of physical fitness.

 

The exercises that we do are varied and fun – there is never a dull moment in our classes!

 

We use boxing gloves and bags for upper body endurance, strength and cardio vascular fitness – banish those bingo wings, tone those abs and pecs!

 

See your posture improve through achieving balance in your upper back and shoulders.

 

We use mat exercises and gym balls for abdominal strengthening, core stability and leg toning, and free weights for core stability and upper limb toning.

 

Circuits provide an all round fitness experience where you can push yourself to your own personal limits without pressure.

 

We teach people to use their own bodies as much as we can for strength, flexibility, postural control and cardiovascular fitness.

 

Classes are interactive and supportive – coaches work with new participants until they are confident with exercises.

 

We work in pairs for some exercises which is fun and encourages support and encouragement between members.

 

Ladies over 50's class

Low impact exercise class with an emphasis on core stability, upper body strengthening, balance and cardio fitness. Combines education about minimising risk of osteoporosis, importance of good posture and alignment, and how to exercise safely.

Individual Fitness Training for men or women

Some people prefer to train on a one to one basis rather than in a group.

 

We have experienced male and female trainers who can provide fitness training sessions tailored to your individual needs.
