Martin Brennan, CEO of Bluestone is the driving force behind a company called ‘Inside Products’.  Working in prisons to set up production lines and generating sales leads and contacts in the United Kingdom. Martin is a successful business development manager and is a valued consultant to the Police Crime Commissioner.
Martin is a veteran of fitness and sport. An inspiring coach who combines physical and mental core strength to motivate people to achieve their personal goals. Martin has developed and delivered training, educational, & coaching programmes since the early 80’s. He is a member of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), an advanced coach for the AIBAE & an international coach for the Spencer institute. Martin has worked with disadvantaged and troubled teenagers in sport for over thirty years. Five years ago Martin founded the Paddy Brennan Boxing Academy & Fitness Centre. He serves on multiple advisory boards, and is an endurance athlete.

Elizabeth Boland, Director | Registered Physiotherapist

 

Liz, a member of the Health Care Professions Council, is a neurological physiotherapist and fitness expert, specializing in neurological and complex disability, both in hospitals and in the community.  Liz believes that everyone has the potential to achieve positive changes in their life. Her calm and motivational approach has inspired many, empowering people to achieve their physical and emotional goals. She strives to share her knowledge and experience, with the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to improve their quality of life.

Liz is a qualified Emmett practitioner and Emm-Tech Instructor. Emmett Technique is a gentle muscle release therapy used to relieve pain and discomfort, and to improve body movement and balance.

She is the partner, co-creator and director of The Bluestone Centre and Active Neuro Therapy
